The park is full of local trolley-pushers, nyope drug users and vagrants that have been displaced out of Maboneng. The park was safe enough and "visitable" in 2013, but since then has degraded into a park of dirt. The locals aren't friendly, in fact, you might get yelled at like I was or even harassed.
