Excellent facility. Does get very busy on Mondays but much calmer the rest of the week especially on weekends. Dedicated section for females. Good range of weights and exercise equipment.

Modern gym. Has a gym area for ladies that prefer a quiet without. Includes everything from aerobic classes to spinning, cycling and weights. Indoor track for runners as well. Gym did not have a swimming pool or squash court. Safe and secure with 2hours free parking. Absolutely amazing!
