Bright, clean, well-ordered, appealing decor, has shops catering for people's most regular needs, a good spread of medical practices on the third floor, restaurants from plain to posh, great parking facilities in an area which is short of parking.

Great mall! The offices available at the top of the building are great too, for small to large companies: See The Bureaux

Awful. I am pregnant and felt dizzy and ill (low blood pressure) so sat down to rest for a short while after shopping, to eat a salty snack. After 5 minutes I was told I was not allowed to sit on what clearly looks like a seating bench. I told the guy working for Berman Bros, Ok I'm just pregnant and resting for 5 minutes. So he called security to get me removed. Completely unlind and unnecessary.
