Believe me when I say it takes a lot for me to actually go through the effort of writing a review, but this place wins the award for the worst service known to mankind. I'm not talking about just a once off experience. I have visited this Mugg&Bean multiple times, and every time I am so disappointed with how I am treated. The last time I was there, which will most certainly be the last, I was offered a menu only after 20 minutes (unfortunately not an exaggeration). I immediately ordered a coffee, which never came. After another 20 minutes, I eventually just got up and left.
I generally enjoy Mugg&Bean's food, but I can't support a place where I'm treated like a beggar. I'm writing this review in the hope that someone with any authority will see it and do something about the terrible service so that other people don't have to go through such disappointment.

Upon arrival we were seated at an unreasonably sticky table. It took ages for someone to take our order, eventually the waiter arrived. When we finally got our drinks, the waiter forgot the bottled water. I flagged someone down for the water as well as to wipe the table down.
Again, it took forever for the waiter to action our requests and after the table had been wiped it was still so sticky that we resorted to putting the serviette down on the table.
The food was good, but the lack of good service will keep us from going again.

The best cappuccino ever oohhh loved the cake the size of it is out of this world , the flavours are mind blowing. Can't wait for my dinner there soon .

Stopped by here for coffee with a friend. It's like a little sidewalk café inside a mall! Cute, but also odd. The coffee was nice. I also got a slice of Millionaire's cake which was HUGE! (I didn't finish it.) The popcorn they had on top was a bit stale. Service a bit slow.
