We were in Cape Town visiting family over Christmas and needed a place to train given up coming competitions. Warren was extremely welcoming - and a great training partner - and let us train at his excellent gym. With huge knowledge and passion for the sport, weightlifting in Cape Town is in safe hands with East City Barbell.

Great coaching, equipment and environment for Olympic lifting and powerlifting in Cape Town's City Bowl. Warren is a coach who will take you seriously and is invested in your training & success. Commercial gyms are the worst, this is just better.
