Fantastic hotel in a great location.staff are brilliant and always welcoming special mention to Ruth and the brilliant Richard they always went the extra mile they are a real credit to the Hyde they were simply outstanding.

Very very good value for money. Absolutely worth the stay. Great little restaurant on site. Breakfast was good. Smokers might have a problem as they dont cater for smokers and can only smoke in the parking. Other than that. Was a great stay.

Lovely and spacious bedroom, very well furnished. Clean and tidy. Parking garage availabe. Nice people at the reception and restaurant. Good food. Excellent location.

The decor is amazing.. even though it is right opposite Radison blue which looks less appealing it's interior is very welcoming and staff are very professional , I'm sure they went for silver service training.
bookings need to be made if you just want to eat there. prices very decent and you will get your money's worth

The rooms look directly onto two huge apartment buildings which overshadow the hotel and block out all light. If you're staying for work purposes and you're out all day anyway, this won't affect you. Construction noises and screaming babies from the apartments next door filled our single day there. The bedrooms are tiny, and frustrating to move around in in order to get to the bathroom. The majority of the 57 sq meters of the rooms are in the kitchen and lounge. For the price of the rooms, I definitely expected more. We booked out early, forfeited our R4k for the next two nights, and got a charming place around the corner with an ocean view for 1/3 of the nightly price.
