The quality of service does not correspond to five star hotel at all.We booked taxi for 20 persons,hotel arranged departure only for 16 and was not helpful.I forget mobile phone charger in the room,even if I called immediately next day,they told me nothing was found.No effort to help to client.

Perfect stay for a weekend in Bratislava with complementary breakfast, executive lounge and spa access. Upgraded to a nice suite.

As SPG platinum member I've received excellent recognition and service here. Upon checking upgraded to the junior suite. Points as well as full breakfast buffet. The lounge is an excellent place to work and have a drink in the evening. Gym is fully stacked with all needs.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff going above and beyond to help you enjoy their city. Close to old town. Great breakfasts. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Bratislava.
