Superb. As I had heavy luggage, I asked for a room near the lift (done). As I was arriving late, I asked if an iron and ironing board could be put in my room (done). Superb service. Highly recommended.

I overall enjoyed the stay, the reason for a deducted point is missing equipement of the Batrooms - the little vanity pack with cotton pads and Q tips was not refilled once in 6 night stay, even thou I have used it on a 1st night, and missing shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No lady can wash her hair with a body soap. I had to go to the shopping mall and buy shampoo and conditioner. Not what I expected in a 4* hotel.

Everything was pretty much perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are exceptionally good; it is like standing under a waterfall.
My only criticisms are; I would prefer a larger in-room refrigerator and the breakfast buffet, whilst very good was the same every day. Some greater variety of breakfast foods would have been appreciated.

Very nice hotel, good location. About 25 mins walk to city centre but public transport available from just outside hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Room very nice with high standard of cleanliness. Only negative comment is price of breakfast. €19 is very expensive so we chose not to avail of it. Therefore the rating for breakfast is not relevant as we don't know what it is like.

Very nice hotel. Room is clean, comfort bed. Friendly personal. Breakfast is great. Next to hotel is a shopping centre.
