Terrible location and overall very poor service. AVOID. Staff in restaurant would not even get us butter when we asked. Really? Also, it's a long, sketchy walk to town. I would only walk it in the daytime. Central Bratislava is a nice place to visit... for a day or two so don't schedule many days here unless you want to stay in Bratislava and take the train to Vienna everyday instead (its about an hour away). Again, this hotel is near....ah, nothing! so it is not one I would recommend. They use cheap plain white plastic doors lock cards (the only hotel I have seen that doesnt have their hotel name printed on them) and when one broke they charge a small fortune to replace it - cant remember if it was 6 or 9 Euros! Should be called the Nickel and Dime hotel. Stay elsewhere.

Very nice rooms, Quality of bereakfast differed from plate to plate. Overall a good Placebo stay for a night or two

Excellent venue for a conference with spectacular roof top meeting room. Excellent support from staff. Really nice food. Good value for money. On edge of the old town.

Rooms are big, staff is very kind, breakfast above average. It loses one star because of the elevators and the shower, worst I've seen in a long time.
