Right elevator got stuck on 5th floor. Parking lot has like 5 spots, really hard to enter/exit. Relatively cheap and central. You get what you pay for.

Good location, nice views from the rooms, there is a bar/restaurant. It has nice energie, but heating didn't work. Luckily wasn't very cold outside so I give 4 out of 5.
