Hotel is tired. Fridge door wouldn't close properly so everything is mildly cold. Big construction project going on so very hard to access by car and noisy as the work goes through the night. (Not sure why no one has mentioned this in their reviews as it is a long term project). Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. May be nice if you come here in a year but not now.

It was a pleasure staying there. Very neat and clean hotel, the team is polite and generous, especially I would like to say thanks to DEJAN - he is so friendly, nice, professional and welcoming person, he helped us in every inquiry, recommended us about attractions in Belgrade, he simply made our vacation better! The food is very good, the facilities are great, the rooms are new and beautiful. We enjoyed our time in there very much. I am recommending to stay there if you're visiting Belgrade.

City tax at a hotel 10 euros for two people not as it says on plugs site. No kettle, bad lighting in the room - saving electricity.

A fantastic hotel! Great staff. Great facilities. Great food. Look at the Zira as your first port of call in Belgrade!
