Nice hotel, but! When we arrived they tried to tell us we where to early. When I explained we booked for a early arrival. It took over am hour to check in.
Shower didn't drain flooded the bathroom. Found ants in our bed. Booked the hotel because it offered a breakfast and when we checked in they said we had to pay for the breakfast.
I was very disappointed that they did not offer any refund or discount when we checked out.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. But showers have many buttons, which do not work. The elevator takes ages to move. But the location is nice, not far from City center. There's a 7/24 market just across the street. (Buy the water says "Rosa" on it, the other waters taste like tap water)

Had 3 nights here when Wales played Serbia at football. Clean, good service, hearty breakfast. Good price. Handy base for exploring Belgrade. Bit old fashioned but I liked it.

The hotel is near the old city and it has a very good breakfast, but it has some problems. The bathroom is smelling, the shower tub is old and not functionning well. The area, very close the train station, is very noisy. Even with the closed windows you hear the high noise. The hotel parking is not in its front. The staff does'nt ask if you are with the car, and if you arrive late, in the night, and you park the car in front of the hotel, you can't see the sign showing that there is a paying parking. You risk to receive a high penalty. Anyway, you cannot find how to pay the parking. The ladies staff - not kind. They respond that you did not ask about the parking, when you raise the problem of the penalty. Some people could consider the hotel a kitsch.

Very nice hotel. Great position. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, aways on your disposal. The interior needs a little bit to be remodeled.
