"People's university"... Go-to place for classical music enthusiasts visiting Belgrade. Compared to similar institutions in France and their prices, the tickets are available to a wider public, so expect a mixed crowd. If you are staying long term, Serbian language courses are also offered here.

I got thrown out for filming myself entering the building as it seems to be forbidden to make pictures.
Even bringing in Serbian people to explain the situation in Serbian, of me intending to dance tango there, recording my travel experience, didn't seem to make a difference for the guard.
