Mjesec dana prije datuma kada mi je potrebno vozilo se javim mailom gospođi Ljubici koja mi odgovori da je sezona i da je potrebno da se javim tek "par" dana prije navedenog dana.
Pišem mail ponovo jer mi je potrebna informacija da li mogu ili ne mogu da računam sa vozilom jer imam neodgodivih obaveza i ako ne može da se obratim drugoj rent-a-car firmi da bih dobio odgovor "Preko nas idu rezervacije za skoro sve rent a car agencije."
Tri dana ranije napišem mail i dobijam odgovor "ujutro ćemo vam proslijediti spisak raspoloživih vozila" ŠTO SE NIJE DESILO!
Zahvaljujem se na saradnji gospođi Ljubici i Union rent-a-car kompaniji na (ne)usluzi i (ne)profesionalizmu.
Po meni, ne vrijedi trošiti ni jednu riječ više na ovu beskrajno neprofesionalnu službu.
Vozilo sam dobio u drugoj rent-a-car firmi, po izuzetno povoljnoj cijeni pa isto tako savjetujem svakoga kome treba vozilo da prvo istraži mogućnosti a potom tek odluči gdje će da uzmu vozilo.
Da može nula zvjezdica, to bi bilo odgovarajuće.

I booked a car trough the website and after 3 hours I get an email from one of the employees saying this car is not available for booking on these days and they don't have any similar available. Why bothering creating a website where you can book a car when you don't update it with relevant info? Very bad customer experience.

reserve a car 3 days ago. notice that says the vehicle is not in place, you get a notice of another vehicle. 3 days passed and no reply, utterly frivolous and unprofessional. never again

My experience was shocking. I registered on their site and waited a whole day for someone to get back to me. Once they did they asked me for the dates (which I already included on the site). Since then I have received no response. I phoned them later and it turns out they have one person who deals with car rentals and she was off, and was not answering her cell phone. There was absolutely nobody else, I was told, who could help me.
My suggestion: try somewhere else, these guy obviously do not need the business.
