Food is great but the service crew VERY BAD SERVICE. This Mc Donald in Dana Mall is known for best but their crew are not.
Evidence in their video camera that my kids stand their asking for order & the crew told them fall in line so they go to other cashier at the back of another customer he don't even told them its only one cashier working.
Until the man left my kids still waiting for the crew to entertain them.
That crew who told them to fall in line entertain the other teenagers who is not in line then another one just at the back of my kids then he return entertaining other customer in his place even he don't bother to ask the kids.
So I ask the other crew in our line Then he said fall in line.
I am really angry to the BAD SERVICE & not entertaining because they were only KIDS.
Better Mc Donald train their employee how to explain clearly to the customer where to fall in line.
Give rights to the kids.
