breakfast is good
reception is full of smoking smell. Rooms electricity plugs are not universal and you have to go and buy by yourself. I request one adapter since I arrived they promised and never brought. Location is very bad no facilities, restaurants, big supermarkets around. TV is limited with only what Hotel wants you to watch (almost 20 chnls).

This is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. First let us be very clear, this is NOT a 4 start hotel, it is more like a 1 star. The rooms smell like manure and so do the hallways. Furthermore, house keeping DO NOT clean the rooms unless you are there making sure the job is actually done, in some cases it will take over 9 hours before they actually come to the room. The complimentary breakfast is disgusting. People, there are so many other options over this disgrace of a hotel. Ahhh and before I forget, no shower curtains, I had to personally make a complaint to the hotel GM to have that resolved. Internet does not work and you only have 2 or 3 workable TV channels.

It is the worst four star hotel I've seen in my life it has the worst manager and it is the worst facilities of 4 stars Hotel this place should not be more than two star hotel

Hotel room and restaurant are good but the hotel is not in good shape and needs renovation. Lotsa disturbance from the metro work outside and the windows aren't tightly closed to avoid it.
