Good hotel there is breakfast and gym, average rent but sometimes it's so crowded and more expensive

It's great hotel and their rooms are very clean. I booked a room with a bathroom on January 8th with a reasonable price (SR 270). I know they getting busy on some months of the year so their prices gets higher and higher
