nice place to live but room was not ready when i arrive hotel even after 5 hours from check in time. staff is good. shuttle service is also good. my room ac control device is out of order. over all good.

Terrible service. The housekeepers and bell-men know more english than the receptionists. Horrible room service hours and misleading price tags in room service menu. Also they never answer their phone. NEVER!

perfect value for 4 star hotel , 3 floors of parking available, also near from haram but you need car to go there , near from bin dawood supermarket

Simply outstanding. Excellent service by the hotel. They truly do look after all of your needs.
They shuttle schedule to Haram is punctual and well thought out. But you need to have discipline to follow it.
The breakfast offers a decent variety. Food ordered via room service is amazing and extremely well priced.
