Very good place plus dedicated bus transportation back and forth to Haram.
Bus drops and picks near Makkah Library, Near to Marwa
(where Saayyee ends).
Neat clean rooms with room service.
I would recommend this facility.

The place had a good atmosphere and house keeping actually exists which is very rare in Makkah and Madinah. The staff was helpful. My room had 2 bathrooms and a separate sink and a small kitchen. The best thing is the hourly shuttle service to Haram (extra shuttles during prayer times).
If you have 3 pin chargers make sure to bring your own adapters.
My only complaints are that there were no wifi signals in the room and that the receptionist didn't speak English and was rude but thanks to online booking I didn't have to talk to him much.

Suites/rooms are big and comfortable and furniture is very good.
Breakfast is OK.
Not good:
If you have a car, area is very crowded and many times road will be blocked.
Hotel parking spots are small and not easy to park and get in and out.
Room service is very bad and don't respond to cleaning rooms request.
