Awesome food! One of our favorite restaurants in the area. Our family was hooked after our first visit. Habesha Restaurant is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. Try the Quanta Firfir, Yebeg(lamb) Wet and The vegetarian platter is scrumptious! its honestly one of the best dishes I have eaten in a long time.The atmosphere, service and food were excellent.The owners and the staff was amazing helping us choose dishes to try. Everything was very flavorful and filling, plus the price is hard to beat. I highly recommend going for the experience.

Well, I have been to lots of ethiopian restaurants in different countries I will say this, it was the best Ethiopian restaurant I have ever been. OMG, The food here was incredible. I had lamb TIBS, SHERO, KITFO dish and Soooo good. They make fresh ENJERA daily.
The service was very good and the owners was extremely helpful explaining the menu to us. I will most definitely be going back for more and I can't wait ....

Here I am, Mr. Pan African, Eating foreign food in a foreign land but feel right at home. A Ghanaian eating Ethiopian food in Rwanda :)
Lovely clean environment. Very wooden traditional setting of the coffee space gives the authenticity I've come to love about Ethiopia.
Background traditional instrumentals tunes you in subtly and soothes your stress levels.
Depending on your order, be prepared to wait a bit. This is not a fast food joint.

One of the best traditional Ethiopian restaurants I have ever dined at abroad. Its location in the incredibly clean and green city of Kigali is quite convenient for visitors like me who stay at hotels around the city center. For those who love art, the interior design decorated with various attractive cultural artifacts is fascinating. The Ethiopian cuisines served, consisting of vegetables, stew made of different pulses and spicy meat dishes are truly delicious. For those who plan to eat out in Kigali next time, I recommend to try beyaynetu, a collection of meat-free dishes.
