In my opinion best Irish pub in Moscow. Best times Friday Saturday evenings.

Average Muscovite "Irish Pub". It would be ok if it wasn't for the guy who runs the place and thinks he is funny (hint: he is not).
Plus: reasonable prices, food is ok, the choice of drinks is large enough for an "Irish Pub".
Minus:
atmosphere wasn't good:: music is too loud to have any kind of conversation but yet the equipment is of such a poor quality that you can't even enjoy the rock classics they play all the time.
On top of that, the bar's manager (he might be the owner, I don't really know) tries too hard to interact with the guests and ends being being just a jerk. In one occasion, he just came to our table and DRANK OUR BEER while chatting. We got a free refill after that, but still.
If you don't mind or somehow appreciate interacting with this kind of person, you might have fun. Otherwise, there are other pubs with similar prices with less annoying behaviour.
UPDATE: for the sake of fairness, I should add that I WAS WARNED that the pub's manager runs his pub in this peculiar way. He does so on purpose, to give the pub its own character.
