Place has nice views. I ordered a salmon tartar and it had a rancid taste typically developed when blue fish (salmon, tuna...) is not absolutely fresh. The price list is too expensive if you compare it with better places in Moscow such as White Rabbit.

Very nice place for that one special (and expensive) night out. It is located at the top of a very fancy hotel which is a sight in itself. It is ok to go there as non-hotel guests, just take the elevator up and the waitresses will welcome you and show you the way. Try to choose a table/spot yourself because I suspect they try to keep the nice ones free for any other guests if you don't. The food and the cocktails are very nice, but again quite expensive. But for that one special night out on your trip this place is a great experience.

I came here as a non-hotel guest (not sure if that was ok, but they let me in anyways). Cocktails are a bit on the expensive side (600-900 rub), but they are totally worth it! Amazing view from up there. Music not too loud. Overall a great experience.
