Very poor quality services.
Stains all over the table.
The lemonade was full of lemon seeds and had missing ingredients.
I will definitely avoid this place.

Great spot and atmosphere. Not friendly to tourists and unable to assist with issues or understand what a Martini cocktail is. I got 2 different drinks. Both are still not a Martini. I'm going to give up and get a whiskey or beer.
EDIT: I have since found Romanians don't know what a Martini is. So... Can't pin these guys for that. Their food was great, so just a star lost for service.

Maybe the best grilled salmon in Ploiesti. Pancakes are very good. If you want to drink something refreshing try lemonade with mint
