The service was great, the guy at the front desk could talk English and was helpful, but the whole place smelled pretty strongly like smoke.

Many people are smoking everywhere. Toilets are ok if not some drunk has pissed on the whole thing. Of 6 showers only one has nice warm water.Talking is going on loud till late in the night. On the other hand, prices are very low and the bed is good.
