a functional hotel close to the Tomis port with a nice view from the breakfast table. not worth the money overall especially at the height of the season.

I'd want to say they half assed everything but not even close. Gym could be decent if they gave a damn to plug in the machines. No lighting either. Ancient beds / TV. You book online with a CC, then you walk in and are told they won't accept it to not show a profit. Cash only scam. Besides the wifi & view, I wouldn't go back at the prime season price of $80. Next day half price, total rip off. No sign of repairing the main elevators. Carpets look creamed on, horrible from start to finish.

Really beautiful building with a rich history and an amazing position. It's such a shame, though, that it's not well kept, many parts of its facade actually being next to falling
