The employees were very rude to me. They didn’t help me with a taxi. If I was dressed elegant and I looked “expensive” they were nice, if I was dressed sport or casual they wouldn’t even mind me, although I was their guest several times. And one time when I’ve lost the key to my room they asked me who am I there to see, implying a man, witch was very rude. They don’t have women as guests? I know they do, because I stayed there.
On top of everything the toilets that are close to the garden restaurant are disgusting; the cleaning in the rooms is not done properly and the carpets are disgusting as well. Inside the rooms and on the hallway!

One of the best hotels in Bucharest! A very good international hotel chain and this one is not an exception. Well situated, great service, comfort and cleanliness and a very varied breakfast.

Delicious stake! Very good brunch on Sundays of 60 euros per person. Wonderful ambiance! I felt like I was back home!

Love this hotel!! I visit Bucharest about 10 times per year and this is the only place I like to stay... They have the best boutiques, great restaurants and also a very nice casino at ground floor... I give it a 5 stars with no doubts!!

Lovely hotel, nice staff. We had an executive grand room...big and clean...amazing view (Parliament Palace) and treats(sweets) on the bed every evening. Bonus-executive lounge-lovely place, very good choice of food and lovely staff there, always ready to help you. Enjoyed every single minute there!
