Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Bucharest with my daughter. Great place and exactly what I have come to expect from Ibis. Our room was at the back of the hotel, but the hotel faces the Parliament building and can be seen while enjoying breakfast. Breakfast was standard fare, but they did have homemade jams and breads. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Great hotel. It has a lot of event rooms that are really useful. Very clean hotel and great staff.

Not very good experience. The receptionist messed up our bill and when we had a problem wasn't very helpful. Apart from that the room and bathroom were ok but the breakfast wasn't great.
Feedback for the management: Please train your staff to smile, be more welcoming and get more involved when the unexpected happens. They need to change their attitude. In our visit the attitude was " ah so you got a problem, sorry you have to deal with it yourself. You can't check-in ".
Also, I forgot to mention that, the receptionist told us we can check in and sort out the payment in the morning and said she won't charge our card but did so anyway...She also charged it with the wrong amount. Not very nice at all.

Very nice accommodations. Clean rooms which should have more than 3 stars. The restaurant food is not the best though, but there are a lot of restaurants in i.e. The Old Town in walking distance from the hotel. The service is fine, with 24h service desk. Positive: The condition of the rooms. Negative: The food is better elsewhere.
