Sushi looked really good, but tasted terrible. Avocado was hard and crunchy and out of season. The fish tasted bad. There was no misago sauce or spicy mustard sauce like sushi in the States to help cover the flavor issues. Overall, just not a good sushi experience.
Giving it a 3 because the place itself is fairly nice, and the waitress was attentive and fast. The fried banana dessert was also very good.

It's a small Japanese restaurant with a nice ambience. You can have sushi as well as other traditional dishes. The miso I had was very unusual compared to other Japanese restaurants I've tried (in different countries). It seemed a bit watery, but the taste was ok. The sushi rolls were really good and the green tea ice cream was delicious. They actually make it themselves.
What I didn't like about it was the wine, of poor quality although priced accordingly. I don't recommend ordering a glass of wine, maybe check out the bottled selection.
The waitress was very friendly and helpful, she was happy to explain to us what the more exotic looking ingredients were. The waiting time was reasonable given there was a large table next to us.
Overall I reccomend this place to sushi lovers as well as to those who never tried it. The staff will be happy to answer your questions.
