I don't usually give restaurants a 1 star review, but this branch truly deserves a 1 star review if not less than that. What happened to me there was shocking. It's almost hard to believe that this happened at a Pizza Hut restaurant. It all started when my Family and I decided to dine in at this branch, when we walked in the restaurant, nobody was there to greet us, we saw no workers at all, we even began wondering whether the restaurant was open or not. We sat down, and had to wait for almost 10 minutes till one of the staff passed by and saw us, and came to give us the menu, the guy that gave us the menu never smiled or even introduced himself, and seemed like he didn't care. Despite all of that, we still decided to stay and order, we ordered two pizzas and some drinks. We waited for 40 minutes without drinks and without anything, Apart from the fact that waiting 40 minutes for a pizza is insane, could you imagine having to wait 40 minutes to get your drinks? This is ridiculous! A staff member was passing by, so I decided to ask her to check on our order, and do you know what happened? The staff member wasn't able to understand me, turns out, she's not capable of speaking neither English nor Arabic which is outraging considering the fact that she's working at Pizza Hut in Qatar, When the manager saw that, he stopped by and asked us what was the problem, we explained to him very carefully that we waited 40 minutes for our pizzas and drinks. He told us that he'll go check on them and come back. We waited for another 10 minutes for the manager to come back to us and give us any updates about our order, but nope, he didn't, and what really frustrated me was the fact that I saw him walking around doing nothing instead of actually checking on our order and coming to us. I went to him to ask him about our order again and he give me a very rude reply, this really made me angry. I went back to our table and waited for 5 more minutes and that's when our pizzas and drinks finally came. Pizza itself was average. Now, you might be thinking, how could it get any worse? We asked one of the staff members to take some of our pizzas for take away, and she put the pizza in a stained box! The box has stains all over it! Imagine my shock.
All in all, this is one of the worst Pizza Hut branches to go to, staff are not trained at all, and don't seem nice enough to work at a big restaurant. The manager is an extremely rude person and wont do whatever you ask for, and the tip of the spear is that some of the staff and not capable of speaking any language known to human kind.
