The food is delicious and the atmosphere is really nice but one thing annoyed me, I ordered a steak should cost 105. the waitress said that they don't have right now american steak but they have australien one. I accepted that but when I paid they asked me to pay 140.
She should mention that it will be more expensive.

I seriously felt like having a nice meat 🍖 for diner with my family today and had the worst experience at this place! I've been there several times before and usually I enjoy the food and service, today was different in so many level and I don't think I'll go back there again! I ordered the "Filetto Di Manzo Ai Porcini" medium rear, and it was served to me straight out of the microwave defrosted till it was cooked and turned gray in color, the so called chef 👨🍳 covered it with mushroom 🍄 sauce thinking I wouldn't notice but unfortunately for him I'm a meat eating man and know my meat 🍖 very well! I expressed my disappointment to the lovely waitress and sent it right back! The annoying and unprofessional part was that nor the chef or the owner that was sitting at the register and saw what I was served with came to apologize! They instead sent the waitress to offer me another one which they would've probably done it the same way agin (defrosted in the microwave)!
I seriously enjoyed meeting people there and loved the out door sitting before but never will I gob back there again.
My advise will be don't budge the book by its cover, they probably thought 💭 We don't know our food and how it should be served, haha 😂 never underestimate the underdog! Extremely disappointed 😔
