Super crowded and some rooms with curtains but no windows. There are plenty of dining options around.

The WORST HOTEL/ APARTMENT ever stay in my life !!!!
1- Manager is rude ! My ex husband gave ne threats and i called up the duty manager and ask for help not to open my door as my ex husband violently beats me and hits me and he is under police observation. Thinking i would be safe in the room ,NOPE the manager himself told me its non of his business and helped my ex husband to come in and i called up the POLICE. Happened on 22/04/2017 manager on duty at 6:30pm.
2- i live here since 08/02/2017 till now my washing machine is broken i called up the maintainance but till now the washing machibe still havent fix
3- the GYM for the female is alll warned out and nothing is fix or even try to fix it . The room is dirty
4- rental is Expansive monthly i paid 7000 riyal for a one bedroom apartment

Shabby hotel that thinks it's above its own class. Very disrespected by the manager Shenouda when it came to extending the stay, harassed every hour about when I would leave work to come and pay despite confirming in the afternoon that I would do it. Got called a liar to my face and in front of reception staff, claiming that I agreed to a certain time (I DIDN'T). So offended that I cancelled the last three nights and will move to another hotel. Instead of trying to make it better he blamed me for not reading the contract. Not expected to treat your guests in this way!!!! Never had this problem in any hotels and have stayed in MUCH nicer places than this, and comparable ones too. Room is shabby, smells stale and bathroom not in good repair.

The location is central and close to the major Al Saad Intersection. I visited the Waterfall Club & Spa, where the staff was polite and accommodating. The lobby decor was nice, though it was evident from the cleanliness of the lobby that the facilities are not well maintained. Observed were broken bathroom fixtures and water did not drain well in the shower/sink which indicates poor building maintenance. This property will see many more happy and returning guests with improved management.
