Excellent patient service very polite. Doctors, nurses, all of going systematically, pathology And pharmacy. Also very good but reception and pharmacist are too lazy.

The Muntazah Health Centre is now changed and relocated to Rawdat Al Khail health center in its new location. All Muntazah patients should now go to this new health center. It's mandatory to book an appointment before visiting. Appointments can be booked through calling 107. Multiple languages are offered for booking such as Arabic, Hindi, English and so on. There are some parking spaces available though they will fill up quickly during a busy day. The procedures maybe a bit confusing if you're going there for the first time. Just head straight to the reception and tell them you booked an appointment through the call center. The receptionist will give you a token number for consulting the doctor. You'll be evaluated by a nurse before the doctor sees you. Everything is digitised and the old paper based file system is replaced completely by computers. The place is clean and spacious. You might be lost or confused if it's your first time. Just ask around and have patience.
