Always a line (which is a sign of good food!!!) but we prefer their incredible pastries selection to their sandwiches because the bread is always dry. Their soups are good though.

I LOVE this place. Food is outstanding. Service is a little slow, but the food far makes up for the wait. We come here every year during our vacation...several times each visit. Their pastries and breakfast sandwiches are yummy. Soups all homeade. This visit I decided to have the lasagna. It was the best I ever had. My boyfriend had the grilled seafood. Coffee is strong and very hot. Ask for the English menu if u dont speak Spanish.

The best bakery we found in San Juan. Can't compare to the little mom and pop type, because it's huge and they offer everything you could think of. We tried a few things since we went more than once, everything was amazing. Will definitely visit again when we're back in San Juan!!

Enjoyed coming here several times during our trip. Reasonable prices, plenty of seating, and a wide array of options to choose from for food. We ended up getting some bakery items mostly, but everything looked great! A must stop place in the area.

This is a local place who's claim to main is that President Obama eat here once back in the day. It's usually busy and a popular Yelp spot.
I think Kasalta is WAY over rated. The food is a 5 of 10 at best and more expensive than competitors. Portions are big, but size isn't everything!
It's a popular spot with locals. But, most come for a bottle of wine and a desert. You won't see many ordering full meals.
