Lovely staff and nice hotel lovely room on the fourth floor woth a desk and chairs. The hotel is very central - only 2 minutes from the metro but close enough to walk to the city and the port houses anyway!

Small space in room despite the price.
Microskopic bathroom, no place to put even toothbrush.
Water have problem witch continous flow.
Wardobe without shelves full of some hotel stuff.
Air conditioner is a fake it blow hot air no matter of temperature setting.
Hotel have 10 floors only one of two lifts work you can wait for it forever.
There is completly no parking place around and hotel have only few for customers. you more probably win lottery twice time in row then get one.
"Professional" stuff cant give you any wise advise or answer. It is the same like to ask your room chair at least you save some nerves.
Last week I stay in hotel near Coimbra it was ten Euro cheaper and ten times better. I was there two days but it was better to drive to Porto that 100km every day than stay in this Hotel.
Wi-Fi, and fact that room is daily cleaned isnt any adventage it is not middle of third world country.

Simple accommodation, nothing fancy. Traffic noise as it is located on a busy main road, and the room we had was next to the elevator which sometimes meant noisy guests shouting at each other. Rooms have air conditioning. Easy to get into town, as Metro is just outside. Far enough away from tourist areas so local shops and cafés have reasonable prices.

Our stay was fine, but the personal was really rude upon arriving so hence the low score. Everything else was fine.
