Amazing experience. But, it wasn't only the beauty we saw along the trip that made this tour unforgetable. There is a significant service and care component that went far beyond my expectations. It started with a couple that had a pick-up point mismatch and were driven to one of the tour stops by the owner of Planeta Azul. I was very surprised and thought that was the couples' lucky day. Moreover, when they were already sitting in the tour van, they realized they had forgotten their cellphone in the car. So, the driver called and once again the owner of Planeta Azul drove back and gave them the phone. Wow! I thought, certainly their lucky day. And then, at the end of the tour, it was me who forgot the phone in the van, it was late, but I wrote to Planeta Azul just in case I could find someone still working. And, yes!, lucky me, it was the son of the owner who inmediately and very attentively answered my email. After verifying that it was my phone, he went far beyond what could be expected, he personally brought the phone to were I was staying. This is very unsual in a company of their size and importance. It is the first time I see something similar, my thankfullness will never be enough. I realized it wasn't a matter of luck what the couple and I experienced with their attentiveness, it was a matter of an excellence in service very difficult to find out of books, publicity adds and discourses.
