Location is just 5 minutes from center. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast 5 stars. Recommend!

first of all, i would like to say that all the staffs were amazing. literally all of them! from the reception front desk, to the kitchen and wait staffs, great job in making me feel treated like a special guest. always smiling and greets me, and giving help when needed.
then there is the room. the bed is really comfortable and the pillows are really the best ever! big and comfy! felt clean and new. only thing i would really like is a bathtub. But the rainshower was nice.
The facilities are great as well. I enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. allowed me to make some friends!
All in all a good hotel to stay in Madeira. keep up the good work. (noticed that i don't really care about ronaldo? but i still recommend this place!)

Very nice design, super friendly staff , tasty food and great localization. Different than other hotels, with green grass on the corridor and jacuzzi under the stars.

I've stayed at really fancy and expensive hotels, but I've never experienced service as i did at CR7 Pestana Funchal. This one was my absolute favourite hotel experience. Kind, friendly and very helpful staff from the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out. Helped us book excursions on the island, any information, and on our last day after checking out we had a hike and they offered to hold our bags after check out until we got back from our full day hike. Offered assistance with every little thing. Superb place. The staff deserve all the recognition from their superiors.
