Difficult course, staff excellent and helpfull,bunkers need better sand and attention. Overall played the course twice and enjoyed both rounds.

Wow! Palheiro Golf has astonishing views over Funchal, the ocean and the surrounding area. At about 500 metres above sea level the golf course is very challenging and we finished our round with a lovely snack in the clubhouse - also with amazing views over the city.
