Great location. Really helpful and nice staff, rooms were really tidy. Two tv's even tho I Barely watch them. AC was nice but little too noisy for me. Over all really great place

This place is nice. Bought a 2 person room with view on sea side, it's amazing.
Breakfast is good. Personell is there when you need them, ready to help, and very kind.

Spacious room, View from the back of the hotel was fab, On 9th floor not bothered by road noise. Good place with access to shops and buses into Funchal centre or if you are feeling fit within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean throughout the hotel. Good choice if food in Restuarant for Breakfast and dinner. Only down side expensive for pop at the Snack bar!!

Fantastic people who look after us during our stay here with a first class service and attitude. Food is a buffet, excellent quality and choice. Rooms are of a high standard.

The hotel is in walking distance from the Marina, rooms and public areas very clean, good pools, both for grown-ups and children alike. Access to the spa area is included - but not for the different 'baths', for some reason.
The breakfast is most excellent. Lots of choices and the daily surprise in the form of some new local fruit every day. We loved it.
Staff was good humored and very helpful and attentive. I would go here again any day, family included.
