Very poor service. The price of the hotel is much expensive than booking from the hotel booking apps. The agent gave the name with incorrect phone number. The hotel was fully booked on our schedule day, the agent didn't tell us and book the other day. When we found out, the agent told us it couldn't cancel. Totally cheated by this company

Muy malos...me an cobrado y no an hecheo la reserva..y tarda un monton en devolver el dinero...aver si lo devolve..lo mismo tengo que denunciar...ladrones
