Amazing hotel with great food and customer service, but pricey.

Been here for almost a day already and can agree that rooms are lovely. Breakfast is ok. One huge problem is do not expect to come to this hotel and get an iron or ironing board. Almost a day of requesting and nothing. They are always "with other guests'. After a flight, with meetings to attend, they just do not have enough which is tragic for a hotel that is supposed to be this quality. Never again

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are generous. Ours had a large bath tub and separate shower. It really is only a five minute walk to the airport. On top of that the breakfast buffet opens at 4:00 am so you really can eat before leaving for early morning flights. Breakfast is generous with a large selection of good food. We also took the metro into town for dinner. The hotel was a great experience for my wife and I.

Stayed overnight before a flight the next morning to the Azores. Could see the TRYP building through the doors of terminal 1 arrivals. 5 minute walk across the street. Clean, comfortable and very nice breakfast selection in the morning. Will definitely stay here on route to the Azores again.

The desk staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and roomy. You can't get any closer to the airport. I am not sure breakfast is worth it - I ate at 0700 and all of the"hot" food was cold, but the bread offering was really good. There is a free shuttle to the airport, but it is just a small van - it holds 8 people, but only about 6 check-in sized bags in the back. Get in line early!!
