Friendly staff, excellent facilities, good location. Probably closer to 4 stars than a strong 5 star hotel. Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. All staff were hugely helpful.

Superb place!! The best Sunday brunch in Lisbon. Everything you want - live music, sushi, hot food, pastries, cheeses ... heaven. And the view is quite something. The staff was also fantastic and very attentive.

Safe doesn't work, scales and the door to the bathroom was broken. In the SPA did not work locks on the lockers and right in the middle at the end of the steps in the pool sticking out a metal piece of reinforcement, try not to step. In both pools, the tiles fall off in large quantities along the bottom, and tiles flowing in water. Call the reception or the operator, well, very difficult, no answer. Wait for laggage after checked in for hour!!! It's not five stars.
Не работал сейф, весы и дверь в туалет. В SPA не работали замки на шкафчиках и прямо посередине в конце ступенек в бассейн торчит металический кусок арматуры, постарайтесь не наступить. В обоих бассейнах плитка отваливается в большом количестве по дну . Дозвониться на ресэпшн или оператору , ну очень сложно, иногда вообще не берут трубку . Это не пять звёзд .

One of the best hotels I've ever experienced. The staff at the hotel are extremely attentive and friendly. Speak fluent English and caters to all your needs. The hotel is very modern and clean.
Just make sure you arrive early to get a lounge chair in the rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent, live music was played.
Only con I would say is the cleaning of rooms, room was not cleaned until later evening 5pm.
