Old men playing card games, a small kiosk where people gather to have a drink, children playing football. It's really the centre of the neighborhood where people gather to hang out. If you're looking for a relaxed spot to meet friends locally it's perfect.

Community oriented, with benches and tables for the elderly, a playground for kids, a variety of bakeries, cafes, restaurants around. Close to the market too. Plenty of trees to give it constant shade all year round, a lake with ducks and turtles, and a public library made out of a phone booth. If you can't find a good book in it, there's a good bookstore right next to it.

Great little park. Went every day with young grandson who loved the play ground and water fountain.
