Good location and value for lodging in Lisbon and close to the airport.

A very poor Hotel, The Staff behind reception were so grumpy, never a smile once, helping us for things seemed like an inconvenience. The bedroom was shocking, hard single beds pushed together with a view of an ugly grey apartment block. The bathroom was tiny, a wonky toilet seat and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, The light switch panel over the bed fell off the wall which exposed the electricals, There was no fan to let steam from the shower out and no bath mat so showering was dangerous and you were likely to break your neck, The decor in the room hasn't been touched in at least 20 years and is in bad need of a refurb. The Breakfast was of the poorest quality not much selection to choose from, The scrambled eggs were cold each morning, and the bacon was burnt shrivelled up pieces of meat.
The location of the hotel is quite far out from the city centre requiring two metros to get there and there isn't much in the area in the way of activities, The hotel is in the flight path of the airport and the sound of low flying planes going overhead every two minutes is horrendous.
Overall this is a very bad hotel, that needs to seriously up their game. I wont be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Good room. Good breakfast. Awfull parquing lot. Too small and narrow to exit

Good point: it is near the metro.
Bad point: everything else.
Do not try to bring the car here, parking (and driving) is crazy.
Rooms are old. Windows do not properly isolate the noise from the street (and in the morning, this is indeed a busy traffic street), beds are making a large noise when you move (not really squeaking, it seems something metallic was going on).
Service varies widely - some people are nice, others are obnoxious. When we complained on some aspects, the answer was "we are full, we cannot do anything".
Getting into the rooms (at least ours) was a small tour along some convoluted corridors...
There are nicer hotels nearby, from what we could see in the neighborhoud, and most probably the cost difference does pay off (this is a guess, we have not stayed in the hotels nearby: but this was the worst 3-star hotel we ever stayed in Lisbon).

Avoid this place.
Rooms are small and old. Access to the floors is also strange. Reservation system is strange, and creates problems for any complex invoicing. The top of the cake is that you may see somebody entering your room in the middle of the night....
This is one hundred meters from other VIP-chain hotel, and there is no doubt where to stay, when comparing the two hotels....
