I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it's the worst hotel that I've stayed in Europe. I've visited many European cities, btw. The evening reception staff are unhelpful and sullen-looking. When was the last time that a general hotel inspection was ordered by the local authorities in this area of Lisbon, cos, it's severally needs one? Breakfast is okay, but the aggressive tone of the label on the table (guests are reminded to not take any food out of the dining area) is just so unnecessary.

It was a wonderful experience I had in this hotel. The service is just amazing. So kind staff. They don't hesitate to help with an open heart.
I'll come back next time I visit Lisbon ^^

Nice hotel. Good rooms with AC and a small fridge. Close to downtown Lisbon.

Not very happy, there was constructions when we arrived but no one mentioned this. The rooms are with dust and old wooden furniture. As the airport is not far away all the time there is the noise from landing planes and also from trains in the station just behind the hotel. The coffee was also not by my taste. We were so disappointed that we decided not even to check the swimming pool. The stuff were great though as usual in Portugal
