This is hotel is gorgeous and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Some American channels on the TV.

Superb service. Every person treated us so well, we were very sad to leave. Got an upgrade, free breakfast thrown in (which we suspect is a standard) and took a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. Over a two week trip so far, this place has been the best!

We stayed 3 nights and, overall, had a good experience. The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring Lisbon and it is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good - including "champagne"!
I had some concerns about parking my car, which we did not need for the 3 days, but they simply took it away to their car park and returned it on the morning of our departure.
Do not use the hotel laundry service. It is extremely expensive! There is a great launderette in Bairro Alto!

Located on one of Lisbon's loveliest squares, the Lisboa Carmo hotel offers unique views over the city.
Rebuilt from an old building, the hotel has kept the traditional exterior and the cream-tiled lobby gives no clue to the sleek rooms within.
Each of the 45 rooms reflects the city's history and identity with a modern and comfy touch.
The hotel is also home to a great restaurant, Maria do Carmo.

Incredible hotel with friendly service, great rooms and located in the best part of Baixa-Chiado. I would highly recommend staying here.
