Booked Suite not ready on arrival day at 3 pm. Suite not made on next day after return by 4 'o clock. Cleaning staff extremly noisy throughout day. Hugh construction side next to the hotel with massive noise by heavy plants from early morning till late. Possibly for another year and a half. Overrun by families with small children using the nice courtyard as playground from breakfast on. Overall a no go place if you look for a nice, quite and secluded place in Lisbon. Afraid I have to write such a review and never before had such a massive disappointment with a so called 4 star hotel in Lisbon or Portugal.
