First we where given a room that smelled really bad, we where allowed to change, which was nice. However the room we had instead must have been just buy the cleaners. We woke up at 7 every morning from loud sounds from the cleaning crew. Also some sort of loud banging from the floor above. The beds were really hard.
The good things where the voucher you get if you don't acquire cleaning. The gin and tonic was good.

Not a good experience.
No car parking, small rooms and a claustrophobic restaurant for dinner or breakfast.
Staff needs more management training.

Good situation near metro but too many people at the breakfast, the place is too tight.

Room small. Only two electric outlets in a room for three persons. Crew very respectful. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Good location, but you'll need transportation to the main center of Lisbon if you do not want to walk 10 or 15 minutes.
