Great location, beside metro. The room was very small as was the double bed which was so hard we put the two spare blankets on the mattress to soften it a bit. Staff very nice and the breakfast was good. We had never been in such small elevators, 4 people could just about squeeze in but if you had luggage it could only take 3. Underground parking is about 50 metres away. As we didn't want to leave laptops and other valuables in the car for 3 days we took them ,along with our luggage , to the hotel. There is no luggage trolley in the hotel so you make several elevator trips to your room, if you're lucky to get in the elevator in the first place. No offer of help from the staff . We are pretty easy going people but we wouldn't recommend this hotel , apart from its location. This is our second time in lovely Lisbon and won't be our last, but not at this hotel.

The people working there were not knowledgeable about the surroundings , claustrophobic elevators , itchy bed sheets

Great place for a short stay in Lisbon. Metro really close, rooms are not too modern but absolutely okay. breakfast a bit poor but tasty.

The service was amazing, very cozy rooms and the breakfast was very nice. Additionally the treatment was very good and its one of the cheaper hotels. Definitely recommend staying there

We were 3 night with 2 kids. Room looking nice and tidy.everyday towels had been delivered and fresh make up bed.great breakfast and staff very helpful
