It was pretty decent. Food was good but the hotel had quirks. It's not downtown, but there was enough close bye that you could walk and take senery in.

Rooms were subpar compared to the pictures online... Bathroom was not very clean. Only positive was the variety of food for breakfast.

The Suite room is advertised as a bed + futon, does not have one, and is therefore less beds than advertised. The website does not allow you to select three people in a group, so they fought me on delivering as advertised as the reservation was for two, not three. We called the manager who hung up when placed on hold for 30 seconds. Now I'm left downgrading to a two singles + cot so I can reduce the amount of money I donate to this scam operation. Pure dissapointment from start to finish.

Lisbon is a great city however...this hotel does not deserve de 4 star rating at all. The water in the bathroom was brown from the rust inside the pipes I presume. Even after moving to another room the water was the same. There were loads of small bugs on the bathroom floor when I turned the light on mid night. The room was large but a bit outdated. The mini bar was only topped up after two days and about 3 reports to the reception. The breakfast was really good with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The hotel is centrally located with good access to local restaurants and public transport. The next door hotel sister looked more stylish.
