I recommend this place. Not so busy restaurant with very delicious local food and stirring background music. You can eat very well. Prices are reasonable and friendly staff.

I might be biased a little because we stumbled across this place after an all-day hike, but it was probably one of the best restaurants in Poland. It serves a massive selection of real Polish food - definitely try the zurek, which despite being a meat soup with actual sausage in it, is somehow classed as a starter and priced at about 18zl / €4. Atmosphere is great, it's big but not too loud and the whole place is wood with fur blankets over the seats for a traditional feel.

Family of four staying in a nearby Apartment and found 1 review in English that was not so good and many in Polish that were positive. Decided to go where the locals like to go. Wow! The food, service and drinks were great! Polish customs are not like North America, so if you prefer that then a Holiday Inn restaurant is your better choice. We had the Mutton, Schnitzel with boiled potatoes, and a Pork kebab. Plus the local Vodka and some dessert. Service was great as was the food and the prices! A week traveling through Poland and the best meal so far! Will go back again tomorrow night.
